DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS

To drive for Cowen, you must be at least 23 years old and hold a valid Class A CDL. You’ll need a minimum of two years on the road with tractor-trailer driving experience over the last three years. Additionally, you must meet the following requirements:

Present a clean, well-groomed, professional appearance
Have no more than one preventable accident within three years
Have no more than four moving violations within three years
Consent to pre-employment drug screening
Pass a criminal background check
Pass a DOT physical/drug test
