Q. What kind of freight does Cowen Truck Line haul?
A. Cowen Truck Line hauls primarily dry van freight (no touch) with limited reefer freight.

Q. Can you track my shipment?
A. Yes, all tractors are equipped with People Net onboard technology and have GPS tracking to assist in load tracking.

Q. What type of equipment do your drivers operate?
A. Cowen Truck Line’s fleet consists of clean and well maintained T600, T660 and T680 Kenworth tractors. Cowen has 53 foot dry van trailers ready to assist with all your freight needs.

Q. What type of drivers do you have and how much time do they spend away from home?
A. Drivers are assigned a dispatcher who work closely with drivers to manage home time. Local drivers are home nightly. Regional drivers are home every other night and most weekends. Over the road drivers are home most weekends and occasionally during the week. Cowen Truck Line will work with all drivers to make sure they are home for the moments that matter.

Cowen Truck Line’s drivers are professional, experienced and courteous. Since 2000, seven Cowen drivers have been awarded “Driver of the Year” from the National Association of Small Trucking Companies (NASTC). Six Cowen drivers have been selected as finalists for the Ohio Trucking Association Driver of the Year Award. The average length of service for drivers at Cowen Truck Line is 10 years and seven months. Cowen’s award winning, committed drivers are the best in their profession.

A. Proof of deliveries or other paperwork can be obtained by sending an email to Debbie at dthomas@cowentruckline.com or making phone call to our Billing department at (419-938- 3401 ext. 116)
